Success Coach Jaime Simpson, AIPC Counsellor, Certified Parent and Teen Coach and Coach U Graduate, is passionate about seeing young people be all they can be, to dream big and accomplish great things. Jaime’s desire is to help young people build a strong personal foundation so they are confident, assertive, value driven and not swayed by the crowd. Jaime originally started her journey of working with teens when she herself was in high school, volunteering as a local youth leader and working with younger teens, here she realized that young people required support and courage to transition into young adult life. With this passion and a career in human resources and training, Jaime decide to take on extra study with The Parent As Coach Academy and CoachU to develop her coaching skills and change careers to become a life coach. Transitioning into teenager’s years can be quite a stressful time both for It’s throughout this transition that teenagers require stable, healthy mentors who can guide them to develop values for their life, increase confidence and esteem, make healthy decisions and to train them to take responsibility for the part they play in a family relationship. Jaime Simpson, Teen Coach is one such mentor. She works individually with both teen and parent to help restore family values, build confidence, strengthen esteem and achieve set goals. Jaime will assist in building strong foundations into teenager’s lives by using coaching techniques developed by CoachU University and The Parent as Coach Academy. Jaime Simpson has been working with teenagers on their personal foundations for the last 10 years. She is a lady of impeccable character and works from a value based lifestyle. Jaime’s strengths lies in her ability connect with teens and to communicate with honesty, respect and truly enjoys working with her clients. Jaime runs various teen coaching programs including Breaking The Mould – a journey of self discovery and esteem principles, true attraction programs, developing strong personal foundation programs and one to one coaching programs tailored to suit the individual needs. One reason these techniques work with teenagers is that a coach helps them to stay in action. A coach is like a small voice saying, "Are you really doing what you want to do? What have you done this week to accomplish your goal?" Coaching is becoming one of the most valuable tools for many people who are looking to achieve great things whilst maintaining balance in their lives. For this generation coaching works because not only does it not focus on past failures but it forces the client to take responsibility for their own lives and their own actions.
