Our vision is to partner with parents and schools in equipping a generation of young people with the confidence, esteem, skills and value driven foundations to find and recognize their dreams, achieve their maximum potential and to transition into mature, healthy adults.

Young people in Hong Kong are on a quest for meaning, importance and security. The evolution from childhood to teenage years brings physical, social, emotional and spiritual transition. During this stage they are looking for mentors who will guide them through the challenges and obstacles that are unique to growing up in Hong Kong today.   It is with this in mind that I have much pleasure in introducing to you Teen Success Limited, a professional life coaching service.


Our Coaching Philosophy  

Teen Success believes that we first must understand who teenagers are in order to coach them.  With this understanding, coaching will unlock the potential that lies dormant in their lives.  Through support, guidance, encouragement and love coaching will awaken the teen’s spirit to live a life of purpose, passion and freedom.

The process of coaching opens the mind, heart and soul to dream big and draws out the courage and strength to work towards those dreams. Through valuable feedback the coaching relationship opens eyes to new perspectives and encourages teens to set their sights on new horizons. Coaching is an alliance between coach and client that produces extraordinary results in all areas of life.
